Lupus Molecular Cloud complex, about 150 pc away in the Gould Belt, is one of the closest star-forming regions to us. We present the preliminary results of ammonia inversion transition lines (1,1 and 2,2) from observation data obtained with the Tidbinbilla 70m radio telescope in Lupus I and III regions.  These results will allow us to estimate the kinetic temperature of the clouds and characterise the conditions occurring within the region.
