I will present a revised mass-size relationship of local galaxies using GAMA data (Galaxy And Mass Assembly survey) in a redshift range of 0.014<z<0.1. Furthermore, I will present the comparison of the mass-size relationship of spheroids, disks and galaxy components, showing that it is important to study not only the global properties of galaxies but also the properties of the components in order to improve our understanding of galaxy formation and evolution.
